CORE DEFINITION

Proposed by Nassim Taleb. In a system, if there is an intransigent, uncompromising minority (e.g., 3-4%), while the majority is flexible (indifferent), the rules of the entire system will eventually yield to the preferences of this minority (e.g., the halalization of all food in society).
