CORE DEFINITION

When people memorize a series of information, they remember the beginning (Primacy Effect) and the end (Recency Effect) most vividly, while the middle information is most easily forgotten (U-shaped curve).

The golden rule for arranging information. Whether in interviews, PPT presentations, or dates, always place the most important 'trump card' at the very beginning (to establish a first impression) or at the very end (to consolidate memory). Never bury the core selling point in the middle, which is the Bermuda Triangle of attention.
