Primitive accumulation in the neoliberal era. It concentrates wealth from the masses into the hands of a few through means such as privatization of public assets, financialization, and crisis manipulation. This is predatory redistribution, not wealth creation.

In financial crises or corporate restructuring, if you see asset prices plummet and then being acquired cheaply, this is often accumulation by dispossession occurring.
