CORE DEFINITION

Suspending objective scientific explanation and returning to the things themselves, attending to the individual's subjective experience and the structure of consciousness. Scaffold role: the first-person perspective. Do not look only at the data (the third person). When a user says it works well or feels clunky, that is their phenomenological truth. No matter how perfect your backend code is, the truth at the level of experience is the final authority for the product.
