An organization's capabilities reside in three places: Resources (what can be bought), Processes (how things are done), and Priorities (decision criteria).

Change diagnosis. Why do large companies fail at disruptive innovation? Because although they have resources, their processes (optimized for large businesses) and priorities (pursuing high margins) determine that they will inevitably kill small innovations. To innovate, the new business must be spun off and a new RPP established.
Anchor fast decisions
Resources, Processes, Priorities (RPV) was proposed by Christensen, explaining that organizational capability is determined by its resources, work processes, and priority criteria; it is the existing RPV that makes it difficult for large companies to respond to disruptive innovation.
