CORE DEFINITION
A linear responsibility chart for clarifying team roles and responsibilities. RACI stands for four roles: Responsible (the doer), Accountable (the one who answers, usually only one), Consulted (experts in two-way communication), and Informed (stakeholders informed one-way).
